Accessibility statement

Our aim

North York Condo For Sale aims to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or screen magnification. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA are the target the site is built toward. This statement does not claim that every page meets it.

How the site is built

• Pages use headings in order and landmarks so assistive technology can move through them.
• A skip to content link is the first stop when you tab into a page.
• Menus, calculators and forms are built to work with a keyboard.
• Form fields have text labels and errors are reported in text.
• Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Price tables are real tables with header cells and they scroll sideways on a narrow screen.
• The page language is set in the markup of every page.

Known limits

• Listing photos come from the listing brokerages through TRREB and PropTx. They arrive without written descriptions, so their alternative text is brief.
• The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter spam. If it stops you from sending a message, use the phone number or email address on the contact page instead.
• Neighbourhood guides, blog posts and the legal pages are in English only.
• Sources linked from the guides are outside websites and some are PDF reports.

If you need information from this site in another format, such as plain text or large print, ask and we will work out a suitable format with you at no cost.

The parts we do not control

Three parts of this site come from other providers: the listing data and photos from TRREB through PropTx, the spam filter from Cloudflare and the outside pages and reports linked as sources. We can pass on a problem you find with them and help you get the same information another way, such as reading out the details of a listing.
